This Privacy Policy describes how Expert Roofing Services, LLC, doing business as Expert Roofing ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit expertroofingservices.com, submit a form on our website, communicate with us by phone, email, or text message, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the "Services").

Information you provide to us. When you request an estimate, fill out a form, or contact us, we may collect:
- Name
- Phone number, including mobile phone number
- Email address
- Property address
- Details about your project, such as trade type, job category, and messages you send us
- Your consent to receive text messages, if you choose to opt in
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and other usage data
- General location information based on your IP address
We collect this information through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5.
Sensitive information. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Respond to your inquiries and requests for estimates
- Schedule and confirm estimates, inspections, and appointments
- Communicate with you about your project, including follow-ups and updates
- Provide, operate, and improve our Services and website
- Analyze website usage and the effectiveness of our advertising
- Maintain the security of our website and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
3. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING
Opt-in. If you check the SMS consent box on a form on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Expert Roofing Services about your inquiry, follow-ups, and appointment reminders. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
How we use your mobile number. We use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your inquiry and project. This includes responding to service requests, scheduling estimates and inspections, sending appointment reminders, and following up on your estimate or project. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at office@expertroofingservices.com or (541) 607-2889.
No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories of sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following situations:

- Google Maps Platform. Our website may use Google Maps APIs, such as for directions, address lookup, or satellite imagery for estimates, which may process location or address information.

The sharing described in this section does not apply to mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent collected through our text messaging program. This information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and web beacons, to operate our website, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure our advertising.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, and we may use its advertising features, including Demographics and Interests Reporting and Google Display Network Impressions Reporting. Do-Not-Track. There is no uniform standard for recognizing Do-Not-Track browser signals, so we do not currently respond to them.
6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, such as for tax, accounting, or warranty records. When we no longer need your information, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Categories of information collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, phone number, email address, postal address), internet or network activity (website usage data), and general geolocation data (based on IP address). We have not sold personal information in the past 12 months.
How to exercise your rights. Submit a data subject access request at https://app.termly.io/notify/23c4b039-268c-4cb2-83e5-ce11134e2d8b or email office@expertroofingservices.com. We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. You may use an authorized agent, but we may require proof of the agent's authorization.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing office@expertroofingservices.com. We will respond in writing. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
California "Shine the Light." California residents may request information once a year about personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information for this purpose.
