Our Exterior Services
Expert Roofing handles exterior replacements across roofing, siding, and windows under one company, with consistent accountability and quality standards.
From aging roofs to active leaks, we provide full and partial roof replacement using GAF composition shingles and metal roofing systems. Skylights can also be incorporated into roofing projects when appropriate.
Refresh and protect your home with James Hardie® fiber cement siding. We install both ColorPlus® pre-finished siding and primed fiber cement siding, giving you options for your home's look and finish.
Replace drafty or outdated windows with Alside vinyl windows. We offer both full and partial window replacement based on your home's needs and the scope of the project.
Gutters can be included as part of a roofing, siding, or window project when the scope calls for them. We do not offer gutters as a standalone service.
Skylights are available as part of roofing projects and can be incorporated into the overall scope of a roof replacement.

When you call our office, you will speak with a real person who can address your immediate questions and schedule a free in-home estimate and inspection. Shortly after, a sales consultant will evaluate your property using on-site measurements and satellite imagery, walk you through your material options, and deliver a detailed quote tailored specifically to your home.
Once you decide to move forward, a dedicated project manager will take ownership of your job from start to finish. Serving as your primary point of contact, they will keep you updated throughout the build—even on days when everything is running on schedule.
When installation is complete, we perform a thorough 25-point final inspection to ensure every detail meets our standards. Your project manager will then walk through the finished work alongside you so you can review the results together and ask any remaining questions.
